All in all, from these two, I personally would probably go for the Samba, to be honest, as the seat is larger than the ReSea's, and you may use it longer - especially when taking the bumpy roads into account. But definitely think about the lifting of the pram - if lifting it in public transport will be happening very often, you might want to go for the lighter option. I would personally definitely go with the Samba over the Veloce. The Peg-Pérego strollers do feel rattly and wobbly, especially over time, so for cobbles and bumps, I would not really go for that one. The Samba is a bit sturdier and the rear wheels chunkier, meaning a bit more comfort on the terrain you're describing.
